After debating whether or not to have a personal trainer for some time I had heard good things about Hoss, not only was he recommended to me by someone I know through a local twitter network #BeckBromFL but also from my old rugby club as he is the physio there. So I took the plunge and haven’t looked back since, not only have there been fantastic results but I am loving every minute of the sessions and the support outside of the sessions is amazing, I tell all my friends about and it look forward to the next session as soon as I finish the current one. Hoss is great at what he does and I would highly recommend to anyone, 5*’s in my opinion.
